Which delivery methods are available?

Belgium:

  • Delivery at home or at work
  • Collection at post point/post office
  • Collection at Level One Footwear in Bruges

Other countries:

  • Delivery at home or at work
  • Collection at post office or post point in Belgium

Can I order by phone or by mail?

It is not possible to order  via telephone or e-mail. If you would like help during the ordering process, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

As long as you haven’t completed the payment process, your order is not final.

If you have completed it and have already received a confirmation e-mail, then your order has been placed. If you would still like to cancel this order, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail or telephone.

How much are the delivery charges?

Belgium free+free return(sales and discounted items can not be exchanged or returned)

Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg and UK free delivery from a purchase more than  50 euro
All other EU countries EU € 15

When can I expect my delivery?

We are dedicated to deliver as quickly as possible. The delivery can vary between 24 hours to a maximum of 5 work days for Belgium. For foreign countries, it can take a little longer. In exceptional cases, we contact the customer for a a specific date.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made via Bancontact/Mr Cash, Maestro, MasterCard, Giropay, ING home pay, KBC online, Belfius Direct or Visa. The payment is handled by OGONE via a secure link.

What if I want to exchange my shoes?

If the shoes are not the correct size or you would like a different colour or model, please feel free to contact us. We will check if the desired shoes are still available and reserve them for you already. You return the shoes within the 14 days (counting from the order date) to our address. The shoes must be in original condition and in the original packaging, together with the order form. When these items reach us, we will send the other item(s) to you.

Can I exchange my sale purchases?

Sales/discounted items cannot  be exchanged or returned.

When can I deduct my voucher/discount coupon?

Your voucher is deductible:

-for a purchase of 50 euro or more.

-is not valid with sales/promotions or similar campaigns.

-Your voucher is not cumulative.

-You can use 1 voucher per purchase.

-Your voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

-Your voucher cannot be deducted for the purchase of a gift certificate.

I don’t care for the shoes and I would like my money back

Contact us by e-mail to request a return label for Bpost (only for free return within Belgium).After receipt of the return label, return the unworn shoes in the original packaging to our address.Always include your delivery receipt.When we have received everything, we will immediately deposit the amount paid in your bank account.We always make the refund to the same account number that was used to pay.
